Refund policy

All sales final.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our items.  We will make sure to fix any issues with defective, damaged or incorrect items delivered- see section below.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at kysoulbotanicals@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
