Shipping policy

Kentucky Soul Botanicals will carefully and securely package and ship all order within 7-10 business days of purchase.  We will typically send out herbal and seed orders on the day after purchase.  All items will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FEDEX.  All shipped items will have a tracking code that will be sent to the purchaser.

Apparel items that are drop shipped will be sent out within 10 business days of purchase.
