I grew up on a farm in Eastern Kentucky exploring and learning about the natural healing power of plants.
I have been studying and making herbal products for 20 years.

I love to connect with the natural world! I have found that to be the best way to boost overall health and wellness.

The second best is via natural herbal products. I enjoy wild foraging and growing the herbs, berries and roots that we use in our tinctures, tonics and oils.

I come from a long line of farmers and am well versed in successful agricultural methods including Urban Agriculture, in which I have taught multiple classes at Bellarmine University. I am currently in the process of writing a method booklet for urban agriculture for everyone.
